What If My Home Doesn't Sell?

Do we have to pay with the possibility of our property not selling? No not really. You can pay the $288 listing fee upfront at the time you list, but even if your home doesn't sell during the listing contract, we'll still continue to list the property until sold at no extra fee.

If you choose to take it off the market and later re-list, we'll honor the original fee and re-list at no additional charge.
