The final step! Here’s what happens at closing. 🔑
1. You'll sign a LOT of documents (mortgage, title, etc.).
2. You'll provide a cashier's check for closing costs/down payment.
3. The seller will sign over the deed.
4. You'll get the keys to your new home!
